Cheese bread recipe and combinations

Carolina Godinho is the author of the @lanchinhos profile and will give tips for healthy and fun snacks.

We're back to the lunchbox routine! For the beginning of the school year, I brought you a recipe that is a wild card to have in the freezer — the cheese bread recipe. She is practical to make, they are delicious, and you can always have them at the Freezer to compose a snack.

There are two ways to store them in the freezer: raw and baked. If you freeze the doughraw, you can take the still-frozen buns to the oven. In that case, you need to model them before freezing them. If you are going to make balls, place them on a baking sheet, without them touching each other, and take them to the freezer. Once frozen, just put them in a plastic freezer bag.

If you choose freeze them already baked, wait for them to cool well before taking them to the freezer. To defrost the buns, just leave them in the fridge the night before (at least 6 hours) or take them still frozen to the oven.

You can shape the dough with your hands or use shaped silicone molds. If you choose the molds, you need to bake them in them and unmold them while they are still hot. see some

suggestions for combinations and presentations.
