The nest milk cupcake takes 30 minutes to prepare and yields 10 servings. Because it is a very easy recipe to make and has a surprising flavor, it has become quite popular. 1. Necessary equipments

To make the dumpling, you will only need a medium bowl, a sieve and a medium saucepan.

2. Necessary ingredients

The ingredients needed to make the recipe are these:

  • 3 cups of wheat flour;
  • 1 cup of powdered Ninho milk;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder;
  • 2 tablespoons full of margarine;
  • 3 eggs;
  • Cinnamon.

3. Method of preparation

First, sift all the dry ingredients and mix them well in the bowl. Then add the margarine and stir until the whole mass is uniform.

After that, you will need to separate the dough from the center to the side of the bowl, forming a hole in the middle. Once you form it, add the three eggs into it. Then close the hole little by little, pulling the dough from the sides and, accordingly, adding the eggs to the mixture. Stir until the dough completely disgraces your hands. If you like, you can add a little chocolate chips to the dough to give the cookies another flavor.

When the dough is very homogeneous, roll the dough evenly and cut it like gnocchi. And meanwhile, heat the oil in the pan. When cutting the dough, make the shapes of the cupcake. Once the oil is hot, throw the dumplings in the pan and fry them – it is important to pay attention to the time, as they fry much faster than other doughs. As soon as you take them out of the pan, place them on a plate lined with paper towel, to remove excess oil so that your dumplings are dry.

To finish the dumplings, you can sprinkle sugar, powdered cinnamon and/or powdered milk. This finishing makes all the difference, giving an amazing finishing touch to the cupcake.

For fans of fitness recipes, it is possible to adapt the ingredients of the cupcake. You can replace the wheat flour with a cup and a half of oat flour, you can also replace the granulated sugar with 5 tablespoons of brown sugar and, in addition, replace the margarine with butter.
