China's sociocultural structure

The Chinese population is the result of the joining of hundreds of ethnic groups, however, the largest number corresponds to the group called the Han.

Despite the ethnic complexity that developed in China, several ethnic groups were unified and others ceased to exist, leaving no or little trace of their existence.

A large number of ethnic groups were absorbed by the Han, and it is from this fact that it determines its superiority in number in relation to other ethnic groups.

Due to the variety of ethnicities, the Han group practices different languages.
