New RG and new CNH
The Federal Government established major changes this year 2022 in the national driver's license (CNH) and identity card (RG). Thus, from now on these documents will have new models, in addition to new rules.
What you need to know about the new RG
The new RG, which won a digital version, arrived with the intention of bringing more security to the document, in order to make it difficult for scammers and fraudsters to act. So, from now on, to end the problem of each state having its own RG number, the CPF will be the only identification number on all identity cards in the country.
It is important to highlight that the implementation of the new RG is still somewhat recent. Therefore, the Government has set a deadline of March 2023 for the bodies of each state to begin issuing the new version of the document.
New Driver's License - Main information
The National Driver's License (CNH) has also undergone changes, with the aim of improving and modernizing the document. In this way, the new CNH starts to be valid from this month of June and whoever is going to get the driver's license for the first time or need to renew the license from July, you will already need to issue the new one document.
