To be valid, the ballot of 100 reais must meet a number of requirements to ensure that it is really needed by collectors. Issued in 1994 and signed by the then Minister of Finance, Rubens Ricupero, and the then President of the Central Bank, Pedro Malan, some people can spend a lot of money to obtain them.
