Although the company wants to expand the locations where this service will be offered, at the moment, “VaiVolta” is in beta and is only available in the cities of São Paulo. In addition, consumers must be customers of housing companies, Bela Cintra and Paulista da House, as they have a partnership with Magalu. According to the director of the company, the purpose of this new action is so that consumers can have the option to choose between having possession of a product constantly or just for a specific moment.
With this Magalu platform, the customer will be able to solve any momentary needs with a product. So, for example, if a person is doing a job and needs to have a toolbox exclusively for this purpose, she can rent it through “VaiVolta” and then return it when she doesn’t need it. more of the product.
For customers who wish to rent products on the site, they may have access to the options of keeping the item for 7 days, 15 days or a month. However, these are not the only rental return options, that is, there is also the possibility of the service becoming a subscription in which the benefit is automatically renewed.

As the “VaiVolta” platform is still under development and its user base is small, there is not a wide variety of products.
