Gran Turismo Collection
A Gran Turismo Collection – the name of the collection was a tribute to the video game of the same name – was auctioned on the last 5th, in the United Kingdom. The collection featured 18 supercars – cars from brands such as Ferrari, Bugatti, Jaguar.
The great highlight of the auction were the Ferrari models, the main one being a Ferrari F40 that was sold for R$ 8.3 million. Among the supercars auctioned, the model that received the highest bid was a Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+, sold for R$ 24.7 million. There are only 30 copies of this model manufactured in the world.
In addition, another model that drew a lot of attention from the public was an iconic example used in competitions rally: an Audi Sport Quattro – the specimen participated in the 1985 World Rally Championship in the Group category B. The copy was auctioned for R$ 10.6 million.
