An anonymous user of the Tik Tok social network appears on video crying after getting a tattoo that went wrong. The young girl, with light hair and blue eyes, was sad after seeing the result of her visit to the tattoo artist.
According to her, before making the drawing, she went to the professional's studio about twice and showed her the references about what she wanted: a delicate tattoo with flowers and a butterfly on the side, as if it were some kind of garden.
According to the young woman, before starting the tattoo, the professional showed the decal of the design on her back. However, she added that she would do it a little differently than the original proposal.
But what the woman didn't expect is that this difference would completely harm her self esteem. In the video, which already has more than 1 million views, the young woman emphasizes that “the butterfly looks like it came out of a coloring book”.
The description of the outrage continues. She says that "the tattoo is not at all what she asked for and it is huge". The woman says “the flowers are huge” and look nothing like the image shown to the tattoo artist as a reference.
After performing the procedure and seeing the result, the woman claims that she cried for more than 40 minutes while returning home. “It's just not what I wanted.”
Reactions to the posted video were mixed. Some people said just adding shading lines to the tattoo made the result look better.
But other people understood the girl's side and said they "don't understand how people get bad tattoos and ask you if you like it".
Precautions when getting tattoos
Before deciding to mark the skin with tattoos, it is important to choose the work of a good professional. Check social media and, if possible, see the artist's drawings in person.
And the most important thing: Don't be afraid to say that you didn't like the result when the design decal is being made. Remember: Tattoos can be removed, but they usually stay on the skin forever.
For the girl in the video, what's left is frustration: "I'm stuck with this thing for the rest of my life."
