Degree is a academic degree received by an individual who completes their studies at an institution of higher education, usually a college or university; the act of license someone to something.
The degree is a category of the higher education course that allows graduates to exercise the magisterium, that is, they can teach, give classes in the area of study that they graduated, for Elementary or High School. In other words, undergraduate courses are aimed at the field of educational investigations.
Usually, undergraduate courses have the same subjects as those in bachelor degree, with an addition of materials aimed at pedagogical teaching and didactic techniques, to assist in the "art of teaching".

A degree can have different meanings between countries, as is the case between Brazil and Portugal. In Portuguese lands, the degree is divided between Pre-Bologna and Post-Bologna. In the Pre-Bologna licentiate degree, the licentiate degree was only awarded at the end of 4 to 6 years of the course; in Post-Bologna degree courses, the degree is guaranteed after the first three years of the course, with the last year destined for the master's degree (courses with integrated masters). This last model is the closest to Brazilian bachelor's degree courses.

Degree and Bachelor's Degree
In Brazil, the difference between higher education courses under the graduation and bachelor degree it's pretty obvious.
