Ingredients
- 1 can of Nestlé condensed milk;
- 1 cup of milk;
- 3 eggs;
- ½ cup of cocoa powder;
- 100g of melted half bitter chocolate;
- Sprinkles to decorate.
Method of preparation
- Put all the ingredients (except the sprinkles) in the blender, beat until smooth and set aside;
- Then, take a small mold with a hole in the middle and grease it with butter or margarine;
- Pour the mixture you reserved into the greased mold and cover the top with aluminum foil, preventing water from entering;
Obs.: You can also cook your brigadeiro in a bain-marie or in the oven. However, when choosing the pressure cooker, you have a faster option that uses less energy and gas.
