Quick Brigadeiro made in the pressure cooker

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Nestlé condensed milk;
  • 1 cup of milk;
  • 3 eggs;
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder;
  • 100g of melted half bitter chocolate;
  • Sprinkles to decorate.

Method of preparation

  • Put all the ingredients (except the sprinkles) in the blender, beat until smooth and set aside;
  • Then, take a small mold with a hole in the middle and grease it with butter or margarine;
  • Pour the mixture you reserved into the greased mold and cover the top with aluminum foil, preventing water from entering;

Obs.: You can also cook your brigadeiro in a bain-marie or in the oven. However, when choosing the pressure cooker, you have a faster option that uses less energy and gas.

  • Put the pressure cooker on the fire with 3 cups of water, then place your mold inside it and cover. After you get pressure, wait 10 minutes, turn it off and let the pressurized air come out naturally;
  • Then, when the cooking time has passed, remove the mold from the pan and carefully remove the aluminum;
  • Expect to get warm and run a knife around the edges of the mold to unmold while still warm on a large plate;
  • Throw the sprinkles all over the brigadeirão, squeezing the sides to stick;
  • Finally, store in the fridge for 4 hours and it's ready to serve!
