Bolsonaro wants to prevent blocking posts on social networks

President Jair Bolsonaro (without a party) wants to prevent the blocking of publications on social networks. The statement was made this Monday (9) on a radio station in Bahia.

For the Brazilian president, platforms do not practice isonomy in blocking criteria. The proposal will be sent to the National Congress in order to be analyzed by the Legislature.

Bolsonaro alleges that networks such as Facebook and Instagram censor posts about the printed vote. In addition to not allowing posts that defend “family values”. He also said that he cannot criticize the Federal Supreme Court (STF).

The president also commented that “the left can write any nonsense”. Thus, for him, the rules of censorship in publications are selective.
