Ingredients

  • 50g of half bitter chocolate;
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • Butter and chocolate powder to grease the mold.

Method of preparation

The first step is to melt the chocolate in a water bath. Then join it with wheat and stir well. In another vase, add the egg and sugar and beat until it's very white. After that, take the pie shapes and pour the dough. It's worth remembering that all of them need to be greased with butter and chocolate powder. Once this is done, put everything in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200º C.

Baking time is usually 5 to 10 minutes depending on the oven. To have that chocolate filling melting in the middle of the dough, just leave an average time, between 5 to 10 min.
