Having trained professionals in the technological area is extremely important for the development of the country, even more so now, with the arrival of 5G. Aiming at this new era and digital transformation, the company invests in training with universities and federal institutes, so that young people are included in the job market skilled. In addition, Huawei has partnered with research institutes to encourage the development of new technologies for industry 4.0.
“Today, mainly due to the arrival of 5G, Brazil needs to fight its shortage of qualified labor in the ICT sector. We are going through a period of digital transformation, and in order not to be left behind, we need to invest in training people to act in the market", said the Public Relations Analyst of Huawei Brazil and Manager of the Seeds for the Future 2022 program in Brazil, Tobias Alcantara.
Seeds for the Future is an exchange program where young people from around the world are inspired by the issues of technology evolution. The program offers courses on themes such as 5G, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud services, and also has an immersion in Chinese culture and technology.
Registration for the program is open, and ends on August 21st. The courses take place between September 13th and 20th. To apply, you must be enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or technical course in the fields of technology or engineering, and have a good academic record. In addition, the student must have a good level of English.
