Brigadeiro pave recipe
Ingredients:
Basically, you'll need cookies and the same ingredients we use to make the famous pot brigadeiro. As for the cookies, you can use cornstarch, champagne or any other variation you like, as long as it's not too sweet. Now, check out everything you will need:
- 2 boxes of condensed milk;
- 2 boxes of cream milk;
- 4 spoons (soup) of chocolate 50%;
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- 2 packets of biscuits (cornstarch, champagne, among others).
Method of preparation:
With the ingredients in hand, separate a pan where you should add the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder. Right after that, turn on the stove over low heat and stir the ingredients lightly, as in the preparation of the common brigadeiro.
After the mixture has a brigadier-like consistency, turn off the heat and add the two boxes of cream and stir well. Now, start assembling your pave inside the refractory you have chosen, first adding a little cream and then the layer of cookies.
So, repeat the process until the cream and cookies run out, not forgetting to make the last layer of cream more consistent, right? In addition, it is worth noting that there is no need to soak the cookies, as the cream itself will be enough to soften it.
Finally, take the refractory to the fridge, where your pave should stay for at least 3 hours before being served. Afterwards, you can decorate with sprinkles to give it that brigadier look that we love and the best pavé ever is finished!
