The new ordinance brings a significant modification in relation to the 2011 document. While the previous text excluded distance activities, such as online opinions, from receiving the aid, the new ordinance provides changes to this restriction.
Educational Assessment Aid was expanded to online services
The aid for educational servants, offered by Capes, can range from R$400 to R$2,000. According to information from the institution, the transfer is only for those who are not linked to the Coordination or to employees who eventually participate in the evaluation processes, whether in courses or in projects, higher education institutions and alike.
The value of the transfer will depend on the collaboration of the evaluator, so that the amount of activities that were intended will be considered.
According to the new proposal, the transfer update for new employees will be made on July 1st, within two weeks.
This update makes it possible to adjust current practices and facilitates the participation of professionals involved in educational evaluation processes, regardless of the type of work to be distance.
Capes is a body of the MEC (Ministry of Education) that contributes to the promotion of science in Brazil. Among its main objectives are to promote the expansion and consolidation of stricto sensu postgraduate courses (master's and doctorate) in the country.
In addition, it supports the formation of qualified human resources for scientific, technological and cultural development.
