The news from ClaroTV+
All of the operator's TV and streaming-related services were unified under a single name: ClaroTV+. It offers several new features, including changes in service names and new updates. One example is Now, which is now called ClaroTV+ App.
The new Now app has already received a super cool update on the Apple Store (iOS) and the Play Store (Android). However, its smart TV versions are still limited to LG branded devices with the webOS system.
The change represents a new moment for Claro and an opening for new users. Since, before, Claro Box TV was sold only in fixed coverage, and channels via app were only sold to customers of the operator.
The good thing about all of this is that now customers can hire the Claro TV+ App and the Claro TV+ Box. In this way, it passes ahead of the main IPTV company in the country, DirecTV Go, which has fewer live channels.
Claro's IPTV moment and the connection with Alexa
In this new project, Claro stopped selling simple cable TV plans (Fácil HD and Mix HD), and now only 4k and HD packages remain. Streaming services are highlighted and the cheapest costs around BRL 59.99 per month.
In addition, another novelty is that Claro TV+ Box will now be compatible with Alexa. Thus, it will be possible to trigger Amazon's voice assistant to change the channel, turn down the volume, choose movies and search for applications.
All this novelty will also allow the addition of up to 4 points throughout the house, costing only R$ 29.90 each additional point. The only thing that still leaves something to be desired is the installation cost, which costs around R$ 399.00. What did you think of this news?
