How to make the query

The consultation of the residual batch can be done through the IRS website. To do so, the taxpayer must access the page and click on “My Income Tax”. Then, just select the option “Consult the Restitution”.

If any other pendency is identified in the statement, the user can make the rectification at the time of consultation, correcting the information indicated.

In addition to the website, the Federal Revenue application for mobile devices also allows consultation of the release of refunds and the status of the taxpayer's CPF with the agency.

Redemption of refunded money can be done on the e-CAC Portal. In this case, the taxpayer must access the Declarations and Statements menu, and then click on "My Income Tax", also selecting the option "Request refund not redeemed on the network bank”.

If it is not redeemed on the scheduled date, the refund amount will be available for redemption for up to one year in a Banco do Brasil account.
