Banana and condensed milk pizza recipe

Ingredients
Pasta
- 2 biological yeast tablets (15g each);
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 4 tablespoons of oil;
- 1 cup of lukewarm whole liquid milk tea;
- 500g of wheat flour.
Filling
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 4 small bananas cut into slices;
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
Method of preparation
Pasta
- To start making your pizza dough, dissolve the yeast tablets together with the sugar in a container. Then add the egg, milk, oil and mix well;
- Soon after, add the wheat flour little by little and mix well until it forms a homogeneous mass that slightly disapproves of the hands;
- After this process, cover the container with plastic film and let it rest for about 30 minutes, or until you notice that the dough has doubled in volume;
- After that time, start by opening two disks that have a medium thickness, with the help of a rolling pin. Sprinkle a little flour on a well-sanitized surface, making small folds at the ends to make the edge;
- Then, place in a 35cm diameter baking dish greased with olive oil, and place in a medium oven to pre-bake over medium heat at a temperature of 180°C, preheated, for 8 minutes.
Filling
- Start by spreading the condensed milk over each pizza disc and the banana slices.
- Finally, sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the entire disc and place it back in the oven to heat for about 5 minutes.
