According to the Federal Revenue Service, the goal is to deliver around 38.5 to 39.5 million declarations within the stipulated period. That's because the declaration pre-filled form will facilitate the process for all declarants, crossing data with other government platforms, in addition to anticipating the refund of the values of those who use the functionality.

It is up to the declarant to exclude, include or change some of the information. The IRPF refund period will be divided into five batches and will begin in May, with priority given to special groups, such as the elderly and people with disabilities. The rule is: the sooner you declare, the faster it will be refunded.
PIX method for refund payment
To advance payment, you will need to have used the pre-filled statement, in addition to choosing PIX as the refund payment method. Check the order of priority for returns:
- Seniors over 80 years old;
- Seniors over 60 years old;
- People with special needs;
- Teachers (teaching);
- Contributors who used the pre-filled form or who want to receive the refund by PIX;
- Too many taxpayers.
