The University for All Program (ProUni) reaches another edition and offers more than 280,000 scholarships at universities across the country. This Tuesday, the 28th, the Ministry of Education (MEC), according to the calendar indicated, opened registration for candidates.
This is the federal government program that grants access to the university to study the first graduation and does not have the financial conditions to bear the expenses. Starting this Tuesday, registration is expected to end next Friday, March 3rd.

Ministry of Education releases first call for Prouni 2023
It is through the notes of the Enem (National High School Exam), from the years 2021 and 2022, that the candidate will be able to compete for the vacancy. In addition, an average grade of 450 is required in the subjects, as well as not having passed the writing test to zero. Another little-known rule of the program, which many people don't know, is that ProUni is only for the first graduation. That is, if the candidate is a graduate, he will not be able to apply for new vacancies through the program.
209,758 thousand vacancies will be made available for full scholarships (100%) and 78,354 for partial scholarships (50%), totaling 288,112 vacancies in universities throughout Brazil, as directed by the MEC.

- Registrations: February 28th to March 3rd;
- First call: March 7;
- Proof of documents and possible additional selection process: March 7th to 16th;
- Second call: March 21st;
- Proof of documents and possible additional selection process: March 21st to 30th;
- Period to show interest in the waitlist: April 5th and 6th;
- Waiting list: April 10th;
- Proof of documents and possible additional selection process: April 10th to 19th.
Entries must be made by March 3 at the Single Portal for Access to Higher Education website.
