Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) of apricots;
- 1 condensed milk (can or box) 395 g;
- 5 tablespoons of water;
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of whole liquid milk;
- 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin powder (12 g);
- 3 clear;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Method of preparation:
- First, take a pan, add the apricots and water and boil until the fruit is soft;
- Soon after, drain all the liquid, transfer the apricots to a blender and add the condensed milk and liquid milk. Then beat until it's homogeneous and book;
- Mix the gelatine with the water in a container and heat it in a bain-marie until it dissolves completely. Soon after, add it to the already made apricot cream;
- In a saucepan, add the egg whites and sugar, mix and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for about three minutes. Always remember to remove the pan from the heat for a few moments every minute, continuing to stir so as not to cook;
- Then transfer to a mixer and beat for at least five minutes or until doubled in volume;
- Finally, add delicately to the cream, distribute in bowls and take to freeze for two hours. Done that, just taste!
Also, a good tip is to dissolve the gelatin in the microwave, if you prefer. That way, just add five tablespoons of water, mix well and microwave for about 15 seconds at medium power.
