Ingredients:
- Whole egg: 1 unit;
- Oil: 1 spoon (soup);
- Whole liquid milk: 1 and ½ spoon (soup);
- Shake prestige: 1 spoon (soup);
- Wheat flour: 1 and ½ spoon (soup);
- Sugar: 1 and ½ spoon (soup);
- Baking powder: ½ spoon (tea)
- grated coconut to taste to decorate
Method of preparation:
- First of all, take a bowl and add the egg, oil, milk and prestige, then mix with a spoon until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture;
- Then put the wheat flour and sugar, and keep stirring. Finally, add the baking soda and mix some more until the dough is homogeneous;
- Subsequently, place the dough in a mug with a capacity of 350 ml and take it to the microwave oven, at high power, for 3 minutes;
- Finally, remove the cake from the microwave and decorate with grated coconut. Ready, your prestige cake can now be served!
