How to prepare your pineapple ice cream dessert
This recipe takes an average of 30 minutes to prepare and can make up to 9 servings. The ingredients needed for will be:

- 1 shredded pineapple;
- Half a box of condensed milk from the brand of your choice;
- 2 boxes of cream of your choice;
- Half a cup of sugar tea;
- 2 pineapple jellies;
- 700ml of water.
Method of preparation:
First, separate a pan and place the chopped pineapple, sugar and 700ml of water. Then mix everything gently and let it cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes, start counting after the liquid boils.
After that time, turn off the heat and be careful not to let it cool. Soon after, add the jello and mix well.
After this process, when realizing that your mixture is homogeneous, let it cool down a little and add the condensed milk at room temperature. Once done, mix well.
Soon after, add the cream, which should also be at room temperature, and stir everything until smooth.
Once ready, just transfer your dessert to a refractory and take it to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
