Potato bread
Although it seems difficult to make bread, it is actually quite practical. You just need to have a little patience to go through the whole process.
The potato bread recipe that we are going to present to you now takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to make. The ingredients for its preparation are easy to find and very similar to conventional bread.

How to make potato bread?
Ingredients:
- 350 grams (3 cups) of traditional wheat flour (unleavened);
- 1 large boiled and mashed potato;
- 1 chicken egg;
- ¼ of the glass of milk;
- ¼ cup of sugar tea;
- 1 baking tablet;
- 1 dessert spoon of oil;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine.
Method of preparation:
First, take a large, deep container or vessel, put the yeast, sugar and mix with your hands. Add the egg, oil, butter or margarine, mashed potatoes and salt and keep stirring.
Then add the wheat flour and gradually add the milk, kneading the dough well until it acquires a smooth and uniform texture.
Then divide the dough into several small balls, cover with a clean cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that time, preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Meanwhile, arrange the loaves on a baking sheet, then bake for 30-40 minutes or until the loaves are golden brown.
