An initiative of pan bank, in partnership with the Institute of Management and Information Technology (IGTI), will provide 1,000 scholarships for the “Software Developer” course. Completely free and online, people over 18 years of age from all over the country can register.

In all, 148 hours of content will be offered, with weekly classes via videoconference to improve the topics.
In addition, the bootcamp (a term used for more dynamic and immersive training) will have an emphasis on hands-on experience, with a focus on experimentation and application of original technology solutions.
“It's a great opportunity for anyone who wants to join one of the most promising careers with the highest demand from companies. From the basics to real day-to-day situations, students will be able to unlock capabilities and develop technical skills to act immediately in the job market. The objective of IGTI is to accelerate students' careers and prepare them for new opportunities”, explains Vinícius Bozzi, CEO of IGTI.
The student who completes the course will receive a training certificate. Those who stand out during the modules will have the opportunity to get a job at Banco Pan.
“We are always looking for talent and this training will help recruit new professionals who will build the next steps of the company's 'Tech Culture'", explains Leandro Marçal, Director of Technology and Operations at Banco PAN.
O bootcamp facing the training of software developers will start on September 13th and will be nine weeks long.
The focus of learning will be on two of the most important technologies used in the current market, Angular for Front-End and Java + SpringBoot for Back-End. Those interested in participating can register until the 27th of August at IGTI website.
