False pastor is suspected of applying millionaire scams

With the advent of technology, in addition to the various benefits it brought with it, on the other hand, it made it possible for malicious people who acted in bad faith to reach more victims. One of these cases is Pastor Osório who, through promises of financial returns far above normal, has been attracting victims on social networks. The perpetrator uses religious nicknames and appeals to faith for more and more people to practice the scams.

Osório is already responsible for crimes such as embezzlement and even so, he continues to apply scams and leave a trail of financial losses in several people. According to police information, before starting to apply blows in São Paulo, the pastor had already caused great damage in the state of Goiás, mainly in the interior of the state. Investigation data indicate that at least R$15 million were stolen from people who believed in the promise of the false religious.

One of the victims reported that the false pastor offered a deal that surpassed the fortunes of the ten richest people in the world. Osório, in a document in his name, promised a financial return of more than R$2 quadrillion. The businessman from São Paulo, victim of the coup, after trying to receive the promised fortune, suffered a serious accident. He deposited R$300,000 for the scammer and managed to get back R$90,000 and an imported car.

The victim still reports that he never wanted to receive a car, but expected the value. He also emphasized the poor condition of the vehicle, “suddenly, I see the axle of the rear wheel on my side that flew into the other lane. The car overturned". The businessman was unable to walk for six months after the accident, “at times I thought I would not be able to resist the traumas, the fractures, the sequelae”.

Osório is a defendant in Goiás and was denounced last Friday, 11, by the São Paulo Public Ministry also for the crime of embezzlement. In his social networks, the pastor says that "I never intended to kill anyone", according to his defense, the car would have overturned because it was at high speed. In addition, the perpetrator continues to promise creditors stratospheric payment, however, he does not explain where the promised quadrillions of reais will come from.
