In the dialogue shared by the customer, the attendant asks if the potato was actually sent and states that “it makes no difference”, since, according to him, the side dish was sent.

The publication went viral on Twitter, with more than 3 million views and several user comments reporting similar situations. The customer reported that the establishment returned the amount of the order and clarified that it had no intention of harming the place, but to warn about poor service.

The establishment in question claimed to have fired the employee responsible for customer service and admitted that he had no experience with customer service. The owner of the Master Burger hamburger shop in São Paulo, Kelvin Domiciano Gonçalves, said that the company temporarily deactivated its social networks due to the negative messages received.
