For many, love triangles are better told when they appear in series than in movies. This is because the existence of several episodes helps to explain the events and conflicts. On the big screen, time is shorter to deal with a large load of content.
This opinion was even published on the Screen Rant website. The portal adds saying that the love plot ends up being in the background, since it is not the center of the plot. The situation is even clearer if you think that this is a Marvel movie, full of action and emblematic characters.
The fear of many fans of the Marvel universe is that this triangle will delay the main plot. After all, most of the public is interested in the events that respect the comics. Romance elements are often a way to attract the lay public to the subject.

The film begins with Sersi (Gemma Chan) and Ikaris (Richard Madden) representing a couple. The union of the two occurs in the face of the feeling of affection for the human race.
