New changes in WhatsApp
First of all, in recent years, the focus of developers was to provide more convenience and, especially, security to users. Because of this, the app has the option of two-step verification, encrypted messages, etc. Now, with this stability already worked on, the focus is on another audience: people who use WhatsApp in their businesses.
This is because, despite already having a Business version, many businessmen and employees ask for some changes and new tools, such as the possibility for more people to use the same account. Fortunately, the company is already working on these updates, but you will need a Premium plan to access them.
What comes with WhatsApp Premium?
As far as it is known from the information disclosed, WhatsApp Premium will only be for the “Business” version. Whoever signs it will be able to connect up to 10 devices at the same time in a single account, increasing the limit, which was previously 6 devices connected simultaneously. In this way, it will be possible to streamline several processes, such as maintaining better contact with customers.
In addition, according to some images leaked in April of this year and which indicated this paid service, the app will also have personalized links. Thus, users will have the opportunity to create a short and corporate link, which can be sent to customers, placed on websites and even billboards.
Unfortunately, as it is still in development, there is no scheduled release date for any of its platforms (Android, iOS and Desktop). The expectation is that WhatsApp Premium will begin to appear later this year in a beta version, even though details about the amounts charged have not yet been released.
