Man prevents his friend from using his dogs' bed
Several people applauded this man's attitude by not allowing his friend to sleep in the dog bed. He explains in his reddit that he had to host a friend at the last minute, but the accommodation caused a conflict.
His friend would like to sleep on a couch he found comfortable, but the owner wouldn't allow it, claiming that was his dogs bed.
According to him, her best friend's husband, Bob, had been kicked out of the house after a fight and needed a corner to sleep. He asked for help and was promptly assisted, but with the caveat that he could not sleep in the dogs' bed.
The man explains: “We have a comfortable sofa bed in our living room, which is where our dogs sleep. They had separate dog beds in the past but they hated it so now they sleep on the couch.”
The man even offered another air mattress for Bob to sleep on, as dogs are used to sleeping on that couch. “He asked if he could sleep on the couch and I said no because that's where the kids are. dogs sleep. Bob didn't like it, but he accepted it”, says the user in the post.
He also says that Bob was not satisfied with the place he was given to sleep: “This morning, Bob was complaining that the air mattress had collapsed during the night and was so uncomfortable that he barely slept all night. (I checked and the mattress was fine.) He also made some snide remarks to the dogs and me.”
