Super easy to make, the total preparation time for this gluten-free apricot and almond cookie is just 45 minutes, with a yield of up to 30 servings. Check out the required ingredients below:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa flakes;
  • 1 cup almond flour tea;
  • 3 tablespoons of demerara sugar;
  • 1 pot of natural whole yogurt (170g);
  • Half a cup of chopped apricot tea;
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence;
  • 3 tablespoons of slivered almonds.

Method of preparation

To start preparing your gluten-free almond and apricot cookie recipe, separate a container and mix all the ingredients in it, until the dough starts to come off your hands. If you see the need, you can add one or two more tablespoons of quinoa flakes.
