Ingredients
First, the ingredients for the cream:
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 and ½ measures of a can of whole milk condensed milk;
- 2 yolks;
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Now it's time for the filling ingredients:
- 2 boxes of sliced strawberries;
- 2 boxes of Bis chopped.

- 1 little box of cream milk;
- 200g of milk chocolate.
With all the ingredients in hand, it's time to prepare this dessert.
Method of preparation
- First, you should start with the cream. In a pan mix the yolks, condensed milk and corn starch dissolved in milk.
- Stir over medium heat continuously until the mixture thickens. Once thickened, turn off the heat and set aside to cool.
- As for the coverage process. Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. So it can be half bitter chocolate too.
- But attention! At the same time, if you are going to use semisweet chocolate, take breaks every 30 seconds to mix and prevent it from burning, right?
- Then, with the melted chocolate, add the cream and mix to have a smooth and shiny ganache.
- Also, then comes the assembly. Use a large platter and make the layers. First a layer of cream, chopped strawberries and bis.
- Then another layer of chopped bis and strawberries. Just like that, just pour the chocolate coating, decorate with strawberries and chocolate shavings.
- Finally, take it to the fridge where you must leave it for at least 4 hours before serving.
