Milk cake
The search for more practicality has revolutionized the way we relate to the kitchen. For this reason, ingredients such as condensed milk have become part of several recipes, precisely because of the guarantee of flavor and simplicity.
Today's recipe is easy to make. The result is a pudding-like cake that will drive lovers of dessert made with plenty of condensed milk crazy. The difference is that it grows and has a higher yield compared to pudding. It only takes five minutes to prepare this wonder.
Ingredients
- 200 ml of coconut milk;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 cup refined sugar;
- 500 ml of liquid milk;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 and 1/2 cup sifted wheat flour;
- 3 tablespoons of margarine.
*The measure of the cup used in this recipe is 240ml.
How to make
- In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar, then beat until you get a whitish and soft dough. Then add the margarine and mix a lot;
- Soon after, add condensed milk, coconut milk and wheat flour. Mix everything until all ingredients are well involved;
- Add the liquid milk little by little. Stir gently to incorporate it into the other ingredients of the dough. Only stop when you have a very homogeneous and beautiful mass;
- Transfer the contents of the bowl to a greased shape with butter and wheat flour;
- Place the cake in the preheated oven – for 10 minutes at 200°C – and bake for 1 hour or until golden on top.
- Remove from the oven, wait to cool down and serve.
To go with it, you can make coffee in the filter or strained, a juice without sugar – because the recipe is already quite sweet – or even a tea. Avoid consuming with industrialized drinks, such as soft drinks or boxed juices.
