According to color trends, warmer earth tones are becoming more popular in design than cool grays. Also, people are avoiding muted tones with a hint of gray in favor of more vibrant options.

Interior designers are recommending using “bright tones” like caramel, ocher, and rust.

2. Swap white for dark colors

In 2023, the use of pure white is falling further and further. Despite that, the white it is still an option to create light, airy and fresh spaces.

Designers are adding an extra touch of depth while still keeping it light, using whites with a slight hint of blue, tan or stone-like tones.

Deeper tones convey a warmer, richer energy, providing a sense of depth and mystery.

3. Prefer vibrant colors to pink and pastel tones

Walls pink and pastel shades were in fashion for a long time, but, according to interior designers, this trend is behind us. Now the cooler and softer colors are giving way to more vibrant tones and a little bolder.

4. Swap gray for greige

Experts noticed a change of scenery, with warmer tones gaining in popularity.

Cold grays with a bluish touch reached their peak and made room for other warmer grays, such as greige (mixture of gray and beige), bringing more trending options to homes.
