The main purpose of this loyalty program is to allow the user to accumulate points for each trip or order made (in the case of Uber Eats). In this way, these points can be exchanged for various benefits, such as discounts in the application itself or other types of services. In Brazil, the program is divided into 4 levels: Blue up to 400 points; Gold from 400 points; Platinum with 1500 points and; Diamond with 4000 points. However, according to the company, the program will not have a replacement.

Understand the end of the Uber Rewards program
Despite not being information disclosed by the company, experts speculate that this attitude has to do with the recent losses that the company has suffered. In this way, other programs were also extinguished in order to improve the company's financial income. Data indicate that in the second half of 2022 the company had a loss of US$ 2.6 billion against a profit of S$ 1.14 billion. Therefore, the closure of programs such as Uber Rewards may allow the company to increase its revenue.
