In recent days, several users have been present on Nubank's social networks and on complaint platforms to report an unusual error. It turns out that, in many cases, the money present in the current account simply disappeared. The case was so widespread that Google Trends recorded a 2,400% increase in searches for the term “money disappearing in Nubank” and correspondents.
The matter caused panic among the platform's customers, as many use it as their main financial institution. In addition, several users use Nubank to carry out their investments.
Why is money “disappearing?”
For the happiness of many, the problem is nothing more than a temporary instability in the platform. According to the institution itself, users do not need to worry that much because the error is simple to resolve, including quickly and automatically.
How to solve the problem?
If you want to get rid of this situation on your own, then a solution to this problem is simply installing the latest version of the application. To do this, just go to your device's app store, look for the Nubank app, and then click "update". If the device for Android, the user must go to the Google Play Store. As for iPhone users, operated by iOS, the corresponding store is the App Store.
If this option does not work, the user must contact the digital bank using the following options:
