Inclusion in hiring
The publication of these special vacancies follows the company's inclusion proposal. The program was divided into two stages, the first of which lasts about two months, with the aim of intensive learning training for candidates. Finally, each person will spend the next ten months working in different areas of the company, to then decide which sector and team the candidate will work in. This will serve as a sieve for the company to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of its new hires.
