Japanese company imposes time restriction and reaps benefits
Growdev was created by Manoel Roldão and Marcelo Eltz, qualified professionals in the field of technology and programming, who together have more than 30 years of experience. In addition, this startup is responsible for developing the work on two main fronts: the first is the training of professionals within the IT area, and the second is the training of trainees for the same sector, however, for different companies.
Thus, the investment made recently will provide the Arezzo&Co group with approximately 15% of the stake, and this will result in numerous benefits and partnerships. Among them, we can mention: Growdev classes, provided “on the job” at ZZ-Hub, development of adaptable courses according to needs specific to the group, scholarship quotas for some students chosen by Arezzo&Co and, finally, the presence of content programmatic.
All this thanks to the need to prepare a great demand for trained professionals in the IT area, solely to increase the fronts of digital transformation, the chance to adopt more technology experts, significantly lowering the cost of development, in addition to the integration of new employees, and the approach and availability of strictly qualified professionals familiar with the institution since its formation.
“This is a deal that will help strengthen the company's core business. Therefore, in addition to the intention of attracting a specialized workforce, Arezzo&Co also strongly believes in company's growth and financial gains from the operation", explains Maurício Bastos, Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Arezzo&Co.
