It is quite common for this syndrome to appear in professionals who work a lot under pressure, who are always pressured to give their best, that is, doctors, nursing professionals, publicists and teachers, for example.

Sickness aid is a benefit for every worker who is unable to carry out his/her activities for more than 15 days. To be entitled to this aid, the professional must undergo medical expertise.
If the worker is unable to recover his ability to return to work, he receives the right to disability retirement. This benefit is granted by the INSS to workers unable to return to work or work activities.
To be entitled to retirement or sickness benefit, it is necessary that the worker has at least 12 months of contribution. This period is called “grace”.
It is worth noting that Burnout syndrome has no cure, but treatment, which is guided by a psychologist and usually includes therapy sessions, but may also involve the use of medication.
