Step by step to prepare the brigadeiro
Preparing this recipe is very easy. Follow the guidelines below for ingredients and recipe:
Necessary ingredients:
Check the list if you have all the necessary items to reproduce the recipe:
- 1 can of Nestlé condensed milk;
- 1 box of milk cream;
- 1 cup of chocolate tea 50% cocoa powder;
- 1 cup of milk tea;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 10 ml of oil;
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin.
For decoration:
- Granulated chocolate.
Necessary materials:
- Blender;
- Microwave;
- Paper towel or brush.
How to prepare the brigadeiro:
- Use the blender to mix condensed milk, cream, chocolate powder, milk and sugar. Let it hit well for a few minutes, and turn it off when the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Prepare the unflavored gelatin, dissolve it in warm water (heat it in the microwave or on the stove) and place it in the blender.
- Let it beat for a few more minutes, with the aim of incorporating it well into the first mixture.
- At this time, grease the mold with oil using a brush or paper towel. Done that, pour the contents of the blender into the greased shape.
- Take it to the fridge and let it harden (between 3 and 4 hours);
- After the minimum time, if the brigadeiro already has consistency, it is free to unmold.
- Now just decorate with chocolate sprinkles and serve!
