Johnson & Johnson is accepting applications for the international trainee program in finance. With an initial salary of R$7,000, those selected will work on a home office. However, even if availability to work in the capital of São Paulo and São José dos Campos (SP) is requested, the start of work scheduled for July will be remote.
The purpose of the program is to train future leaders in the area to manage the institution's financial resources. To do this, participants will rotate through three areas of the company over the two and a half years of the program.

According to the HR director, Betina Lackner, moving around the different areas helps trainees learn. Thus, participants are more likely to improve their leadership skills and acquire new perspectives on the business.
“Participants will have the opportunity to learn and demonstrate different skills, such as teamwork, risk management and protagonism, aligning your personal values with Our Credo, an internal document that governs our actions,” he says.
Who can apply?
In training and meetings, those selected will have contact with professionals from other countries and, for this reason, the international program requires advanced English. This criterion is no longer required in other J&J trainee selections.
In addition to the language, the candidate needs to have training in any undergraduate course scheduled to end between July 2019 and July 2021. No experience in the financial sector is required.
How to apply?
Applications must be made by next Thursday, the 25th, at site. There will be four online stages: assessment, video interview, group case resolution and final panel with an interview with senior finance leadership.
In addition to salary, professionals will be entitled to an annual bonus, medical assistance, private pension plan and discounts on products.
