Why is there price fluctuation?

Before analyzing the list of products for each month, it is necessary to understand the reason for this variation in prices. First, it is important to learn the concept of the “law of supply and demand”: for a product with little supply, because it's not his harvest crop, the price goes up, and when there are many items available, the price becomes more popular.

In addition to the advantage of having lower values, seasonal products are also healthier, since the climate and soil conditions favor their cultivation. With this, the use of pesticides is lower, thus providing less toxicity to the human body.
