What makes a person considered gifted?
According to neurodiversity, the concept of giftedness is used to refer to people who have a high level of intelligence in one or more areas of interest. Usually, the signs of this super intelligence begin to be noticed in childhood.
Gifted people have above-average capacity, are extremely creative and are highly committed to the tasks they are involved in.
Above-average ability refers to the speed with which these people process information and find solutions. Creativity, in turn, is related to the curiosity to seek original and differentiated, while commitment to the task refers to the commitment to do what was proposed.
Characteristics that can be observed in gifted children
