This cake is special for two reasons: firstly, because the dough is beaten in a blender and the cooking process is done in the microwave, unlike traditional cake recipes. In addition, the syrup on this cake is very similar to a brigadeiro. So you need to try this differentiated recipe!

Recipe preparation time is 20 minutes and it yields 10 servings. Check step by step.

Microwave chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup and ½ (tea) sugar;
  • 2 cups (tea) wheat flour;
  • 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder;
  • ½ cup (tea) of soybean oil;
  • 3 whole eggs;
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk;
  • ½ spoon (tea) baking soda for cake;
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda.

Method of preparation

First, put the milk, eggs, oil, sugar, flour and chocolate in the blender. Then beat for a few minutes until you form a very homogeneous mix. Turn off the blender and place the yeast with the bicarbonate. Hit again for a few seconds, just to mix.

Place the dough in a glass mold with a hole in the middle, suitable for microwaves, greased with butter. Done that, put it to bake for 10 minutes at high power.

Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of milk;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 4 spoons (soup) of chocolate powder;
  • 2 tablespoons of butter;
  • Granulated chocolate to garnish

Method of preparation

Put all the ingredients in a pan and lead to the medium fire, always stirring, until it reaches the point of a soft brigadier. Then unmold the cake, pour the still hot syrup over it and decorate with the chocolate sprinkles.

Observation: the dough looks softened before baking, but don't worry, because afterwards it acquires the consistency of a cake.

If you wish, you can add some cut fruits over the cake to increase, such as strawberries, grapes or cherries. Also, you can use shredded coconut instead of granulated chocolate. The decoration is up to your imagination. Enjoy!
