Ingredients

To make our sweet popcorn with nest milk, we will need:

  • 01 cup of water;
  • 01 cup of sugar;
  • ½ cup oil;
  • 01 cup of popcorn corn;
  • 01 cup of nest milk.

Remembering that if you want to increase the proportions, to make more popcorn, just follow the measurements tabled.

That is, for every cup of popcorn, we have half a cup of oil, a cup of water, a cup of sugar and a cup of milk.

That way, if you increase to two cups of popcorn corn, also increase one cup of the other ingredients and complete the cup of oil.

And now let's go step by step!

Method of preparation

Follow the instructions carefully so that your popcorn doesn't run the risk of burning, ok?

  1. At first, put the oil and sugar in a pan;
  2. Stir a lot until the sugar starts to melt;
  3. After the melted sugar, add the popcorn corn;
  4. Now, over high heat, stir the ingredients until they come to a consistency;
  5. When the popcorn starts to pop, lower the heat and cover the pan.

For your popcorn to be tastier and with no chance of burning, we have one more infallible tip: stir the pan when the popcorn is popping.
That way, with the low heat, you will be able to prevent the popcorn from burning and also to prevent the caramel from becoming bitter.

After popping all the popcorn, remove it from the heat and, still wet from the caramel, mix in the nest milk to give it that flavor.

Finally, kids, and adults alike, will love it. It's ready to serve!
