In this vein, the Assespro Federation, which represents the IT sector in Brazil, entered into a manifesto directly with the candidates who are in the fight for the presidency.
The document suggests ways to combat the lack of skilled labor in the area. Among these measures is the development of a national agency that directs these flaws and corrects them so that these problems are mitigated and the deficit in question is solved.
The Assepro Federation also believes that this problem tends to grow and intensify more and more in the coming years, as new technologies are created and implemented in the sectors of sales, industry and services. Because of this, it is necessary that this impasse is resolved and does not bring worse damage later.
