- Children (6 to 13 years old): 9 to 11 hours, with 7 to 12 hours being acceptable.
- Teenagers (14 to 17 years old): 8 to 10 hours, being acceptable between 6 and 11 hours;
- Young Adult (18 to 25 years old): 7 to 9 hours, with 6 to 10 hours being acceptable;
- Adults (26 to 64 years): 7 to 9 hours, with 6 to 10 hours being acceptable;
- Seniors (65 years and older): 7 to 8 hours, with 5 to 9 hours being acceptable.
