This year, Banco do Brasil is presenting special offers for customers who may wish to renegotiate debts, even if they are not in arrears, through a temporary action called Negotiation BB.
To give you an idea, in some negotiations reductions of up to 15% are granted in interest rates and the installments in up to 120 months, in addition to discounts from 20% to 95% on overdue debts, which are increased by fees.

Agreements can be made through the bank's application, official phone numbers, WhatsApp or in person at bank branches, always in a very unbureaucratic way.
Banco do Brasil informs that the Negotiation BB initiative will be active until April 30 of this year. The action also covers debts collected in court, which may have discounts of up to 95% for cash payment and 80% for term settlement.
Anyone wishing to pay court-ordered debts can contact Banco do Brasil via WhatsApp and send a message containing the characters “#conciliabb”. That way, you won't need to hire a lawyer.
