Ingredients
For dessert lovers, and especially for those who love a strawberry cake, this recipe will make your mouth water. It's a strawberry cake with condensed milk! For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 can or box of condensed milk;
- 3 eggs;
- 24 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- 4 g of yeast;
- 6 to 7 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- 300 g of fresh strawberries;
- 50 g of dehydrated strawberries;
- 10 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
In addition to these, you will also need butter to grease the mold.
Step by step
To start, leave the fresh strawberries cut into slices, turn on the oven at 180 degrees so that it is preheated and take a cake mold and grease it with butter and wheat flour. Then put condensed milk, eggs and oil in a mixer and beat.
While you are beating, mix the wheat flour and baking powder in another container and gradually add them to the mixer mixture. When you finish preparing the dough, pour it into the mold and add the sliced strawberries on top. Having done this, put it in the oven and wait an average of 35 minutes, which is the time it should take for complete cooking.
While the cake is baking, you can prepare the frosting. This preparation consists of crushing the dehydrated strawberries and putting them together with the cream and sugar in the mixer. You must beat until a cream is formed. That way, when the cake is ready, you can take it out of the mold and pour the cream on top. Thus, your strawberry cake with condensed milk will be finished and ready to be enjoyed.
