Apple Cinnamon Cake Recipe
Ingredients
For mass:
- 2 cups of sugar;
- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- 1 tablespoon full of cinnamon powder;
- 1 tablespoon baking powder;
- 3 whole eggs;
- 3 large peeled apples;
- 1 cup of vegetable oil;
- 1 pinch of salt.
To the roof:
- 2 medium apples with peel;
- ¾ cup brown sugar (or demerara);
- 4 tablespoons of butter;
- 2 tablespoons of concentrated apple juice;
- 1 spoon of cinnamon shallow coffee;
- ½ cup of corn syrup.
Method of preparation
Pasta:
- First, grease a medium-sized baking pan or traditional cake pan, sprinkling it with wheat flour;
- Then, take a large refractory, sift the flour and add the sugar, cinnamon and yeast. Reserve;
- Then, take the apples, peel them, cut them into cubes and keep the peels;
- Then, beat the eggs, oil and apple peels that you have reserved in a blender;
- Add the mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix gently until smooth;
- Then add the apple cubes and mix;
- Pour this mixture into the baking dish and bake at medium temperature for about 45 minutes;
